Rotary foundation gift advisor
Jennie was born in Dunedin and educated at Whangaparaoa Primary and Glendowie College.
Jennie has been in the Aged Care industry since 1986 and currently owns and operates a private hospital/rest home facility in Auckland.
Jennie has eight children, five boys and three girls and seven grandchildren.
Jennie joined the Rotary Club of Ōtāhuhu Inc in 1997. She was Club President 2007-2008, Assistant Governor for District 9920 from 2011 to 2013. Jennie was awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship in 2004,a Sapphire in 2012 and 2014 , became a member of the Paul Harris Society in 2015 and a Bequest donor and a Major Donor in 2016. Jennie was District Governor for District 9920 in 2015/16 when her District theme was Share your Passions - Inspire All. She has been an Assistant Rotary Co-ordinator and District Foundation Chair for D9920. Jennie is currently the Chair of Rotary Oceania (ROZOPS) and was appointed Endowment and Major Gifts Advisor for Zone 8 in 2023. |
