To promote 'Airdrie Day', four Calgary Hitmen players visited Airdrie and met with about 150 fans at the Ron Ebbison arena on Monday night, 30th October. Andrew Fyten, Beck Malenstyn, Matt Dorsey and Mark Kastelic delighted all with their skating and signing of memorabilia.

Qualifying community organizations can get discounted tickets to sell as fundraising for their own organization from the Rotary Club of Airdrie for the Calgary Hitmen vs Lethbridge Hurricanes on the 30th December 2017 at the Saddle Dome! The Rotary Club of Airdrie will also provide buses to and from the venue at a sponsored discount price for all bus ticket and Airdrie Day ticket holders.
