Michael Howe is the Community Affairs Manager for Black Hills Energy in Northern Wyoming. In that role, his primary duties are community engagement, media relations, and economic development. He’s been with Black Hills Energy for just over 3 years. He actually moved back to Casper for the job – Casper is where he was born and raised through 8th grade, and lived for a short period later, but had not lived in Casper for about 20 years prior to taking the BHE job.

He is also a Rotarian, currently serving as President of the Rotary Club of Casper.
