Annual Family Picnic

LET'S TRY THIS AGAIN!! You and your entire family are invited to the rescheduled Reno South Rotary Annual Family Picnic on Saturday, August 28 at Burnt Cedar Beach located on the world-class Lake Tahoe in Incline Village. Thanks to the generosity and tireless efforts of our own Kent Wood, we have reserved the prime beach-front picnic area for you and your family to enjoy for the entire day on Aug 28th.

Some of the logistics for this event include the following:

Gates open at 10:00 am - There is an admission fee of $15 per adult; $5 for children ages 6-12; kids under age 6 are free

Appetizers consisting of BBQ spare ribs and Shrimp skewers will be served at 1:00 pm

Main entree of Steak along with Rotary member side dishes will be served at 3:00 pm

We would like to know in advance which of the following side dishes you will be providing: salad; side dish or dessert

PLEASE NOTE: Save the Date...Kent, Joel, and Press have been hard at work planning the next Reno South Rotary Annual Wine Trip sceduled this year on Saturday and Sunday, September 25 & 26. Sign-ups at upcoming weekly meetings, at the Annual Family Picnic and through a future Club Runner invitation.
