Fine Master:  Was it just me, or was the FM especially witty and good looking?
The fines were short and sweet.  No Rotary Pin, not having visited Skagit tulip fields, not working at the Career Fair (Dale did another great job!!!), if you are not working at this weekends Youth Fair, $1 if you are attending the District Training Assembly for making others look bad, $2 if you are not attending, if you have not been to WA DC, if you did not assist in the Highway clean up. Wow, well done!

Speaker:  Susie Lanson spoke on the Blaine Pavilion. Dan Cocushio (sp?) is the new contractor and is doing the project at no profit.  Building permits have been an issue.  The big CHALLENGE is there is a $30000 short fall!  They want all money collected prior to the start of the project.  $25000 is projected for a metal roof.  Was it mentioned that there is a $30000 shortfall. If they do not start the project then will lose $150000 from the Ripken and Ridanor Foundations. It is a four and half year old project, several modifications.
