Shoe Bank Canada - Shoes Sorting

Our next shoe sorting event with Shoe Bank Canada is taking place Saturday, November 16, at 9:30am at the Kanata Dymon Storage facility.  We spend about 1.5 hours taking shoes that have been donated to Shoe Bank Canada at their various collection facilities around Ottawa and we match and sort the shoes primarily for distribution overseas. We set some of the really good stuff aside for distribution through local organizations depending on the demand.

These events are organized by Brett Brooking of the West Ottawa Club and family and friends are welcome. Come spend a bit of time side-by-side with fellow Rotarians from other clubs and get to know them just a little better.
