Your Vocational Service Committee has some most interesting events for you to attend.

14th September - A visit to the Brickworks Shopping and residential development.

A unique development that sets a world standard for Shopping Centres.

The Burwood Brickworks is the home of Australia’s first rooftop farm in a shopping centre environment, with its Acre farm and eatery.

It has:
• a natural environment that will become a green enclave in an established suburban area.
• a dynamic community encompassing diverse housing choices with open space, parklands, community facilities and amenities.

This is an event not to be missed
Following an escorted tour of the facility a lunch will be served.
We have a limit so book early and advise Kim D’Arcy.

To avoid parking in the city we have arranged for a bus to convey our group to the Port of Melbourne Conference Room in South Melbourne and later provide transport to the jetty for the cruise.

We will leave the leaving Car Park opposite Kooyong at 8.30 am on Tuesday 7th December and return at approximately 1.15 p.m.

We are limited to 40 participants, so we suggest you confirm your interest early with Kim D’Arcy or Noel Halford.
