Vance, a charter member of the Rotary Club of Flemington, passed away on 29th September at the Royal Freemasons home in Bacchus Marsh where he had been in palliative care. His wife Olga and her daughter Tracy were with him and he was at peace.
Vance was District Governor 1999-2000 and was chairman of Rotary Down Under. He was awarded an O.A.M. in 2006.
Vance was a gentleman and will be missed by the whole of the Rotary community.
The funeral is at 1.00pm on October 8th at Overnewton Castle, Old Calder Highway, Keilor.
