President Tilak hopes you can join us to toast a glass of wine... AG Sandi Fulcher will also be joining us.

The Shadow knows that behind that efficient exterior, DG Philip is a fun guy. So maybe bring a bottle, rather than just a glass full.

 

 

Last week Peter Lugg reported on the activities of the International Service Committee:

 

Noel McInnes is to be our representative at DIK Inc.

The Board has approved $5,000 towards the Timor WASH Consortium.

Cambodian Project: Peter Lugg is in contact with medical staff there, and he had obtained orthopaedic prostheses for knee and hip surgery from Australian Companies.

“Wish lists” of goods for Sri Lanka have been obtained, and a container from DIK is planned. 

The work of the committee goes ahead despite the difficulties of the Corona Lock-down.

 

Isn't it nice to see that normal Rotary activities continue behind the scenes?

 

The Shadow really enjoyed Mark Coulton's talk about rural health, but gives the last word to Linus:
