Are your member details correct? And how do I access mine or other member details?
The printed version of the club handbook which was updated last year & will not be be produced this year (mostly as there was very little change to last year’s details).
Members details can be readily accessed by
1.. Club runner (member area of www.hawthornrotary.org.au)
- Yes, you can update your own details in Clubrunner, or if not let Gordon know of any changes. Clubrunner access is also required to access club documents and forms plus this is where the board minutes are stored for access by all members
- For readily printable member list go to member area/reports/edirectory reports/rotary club of hawthorn-basic list (this list should be the very latest!), and
2. Clubrunner smartphone app
This app has members details as well as club events, you can phone a member directly from the app.
(You will need your login which is the same as Clubrunner but once only), and
3. Katrina will bring some paper copies of the Basic member list to meetings which will be updated as required.
