On the 80th anniversary of the bombing of Pearl Harbor, we welcome guest speaker retired U.S. Army General Eric Shinseki, who served as the 7th U.S. Secretary of Veterans Affairs and was the 34th Chief of Staff of the Army.  He was the first Asian-American four-star general and the first Asian-American Secretary of Veterans Affairs.  Given his experiences in Vietnam, Bosnia and Iraq, his presentation will be on "The Difference Between Winning the War and Keeping the Peace."
