World Polio Day Fundraiser- Sing So They Can Dance

Please join other Rotarians from District 5000 as we help eradicate polio one song at a time.  All proceeds from this fundraiser will go toward Rotary's End Polio Now campaign. 

Tickets are only $20 and include one drink coupon (alcoholic or non), food, and one song coupon for karaoke.  There will also be a fully-stocked cash bar.  Tickets can be purchased in advance at: http://rotaroke.eventbrite.com.  Printed tickets are available also - please contact James Ham (james.ham@gmail.com, 360-480-7194).

The venue is NOCTURNA LOUNGE, a high-class karaoke and gaming lounge in the heart of Restarant Row, across from Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.  There are 2 Private Karaoke Rooms left for sponsorship, ranging from $500 to $1000, and include guest tickets (with food and drink) and unlimited karaoke songs in their private room.  Please let James Ham know if you or someone you know might be interested.

Doors will open at 4:30pm with a screening of the Live Streaming World Polio Day Event co-hosted by Rotary International and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control.  We will have guest speakers including a polio survivor and a tropical medicine specialist who has participated in the World Health Organization's STOP (Stop the Transmission Of Polio) campaign in Africa.

There will be door prizes and a karaoke contest, but for those who are too shy to sing (or would just rather not), there will be other activities including Video Games, a Photo Booth, and a Cigar and Whisky Tent on the patio outside.
