Bellows Camping

Rotarians,

We are in the process of planning our camping trip for our Japanese visotrs from the Rotary Club of Atago and the Miyagi School for the blind along with our Hoopono friends.  We will be camping from Friday afternoon, from 3pm, to Sunday the 5th after breakfast.  

Please let us know if you would be able to help with this worthwhile project, when you will be coming and when you will be leaving.  We need a good headcount for the meals and even if you come for a day to enjoy the sun, surf, and comradeship, that will be great.  You do not have to stay overnight to enjoy this wonderful experience.  

We do need to get everyone on a list that are attending or even thinking of only visiting, so please send Allen Kamemoto at akamenoto@hotmail.com your name, date of birth, and tentative schedule and he will notify the MPs at the gate to allow you in.  He needs the list my Monday July 23rd, as the names need to be scrubbed byy secruity. We need first, middle intial, last name and date of birth, driever license or State ID and citizenship.  For kids under 16 this information is not needed. If you participated last year we have your information, but will need your expected schedule.
