Reminder for board meeting!

Next board meeting is Dec 11, 18@5PM. Vancity on Kingsway.

Finally we complete these in record time! 45mins only; lets keep this up!

Again:

 - Write motions into agenda prior to meeting AND indicate how many minutes you'll need.

 - Discuss your agenda items with relevant people PRIOR to board meetings.  

 - Any new discussion items will be limited to 5 minutes. Either votes will be taken after that; or the item is to be taken by initiator to be re-tabled later.

Check your invitation emails for links to draft minutes. Finalized minutes also uploaded to clubrunner.
