Chef Dave has developed a fresh, delicious, modern take on brewpub cuisine with a menu that showcases the flavors that compliment our beers.  Our food is made for savoring with good friends and great conversation.  Our food is not fast.  Each entree pairs with one of our house beers, encouraging a holistic culinary experience.  We proudly hand-make everything from our pizza dough to our pickles, our ricotta cheese to our scrumptious brat-stickers and pot-stickers utilizing ingredients from many local vendors and producers.
