Very abbreviated minutes - I wrote them out in detail - took over an hour - completed spell check, hit send and got the message my session had timed out. Can't find anything I had typed. Not happy!

Prez. Ron turned the meeting over to Bob Davis for an update on the planning for our major Fundraiser, - Music at the Museum

Food being catered and served this year with Joel Merry's son as caterer. Deserts by Family Focus. Bob Davis and the staff at his bank will handle ticket sales. Bob, Charlie Ault and Dil Paiste are working on the Live and Silent Auction Items. Bob is contacting potential sponsors, several have submitted checks..Bill Brilliant will coordinate the check in procedures, trying to make it go more smoothly than in the past.

Meeting Notes:

Semi-annual dues of $60 are due. Please pay Gordon.

Speaker on Monday, January 12 will be Joel Merry
