As September winds to a close, please consider helping with our ongoing Literacy Projects in these two ways.

CLYNK for Literacy: The next quarterly pay-out from CLYLNK will happen soon.  If you have full or nearly full CLYNK bags, please consider returning them to your local Hannaford before the end of September.   Bottles and cans returned by the end of September will be included in our next check.  If you need a new CLYNK bag, you can pick them up at any meeting. Thank you for your support as we use these funds to purchase children's books for our speakers to sign.  Both the Walker Library and Baxter Library are grateful for our support.

Children's Book Donations: We encourage members to bring in new or gently used children's books to any meeting this month. Books will be used in our book boxes or may be donated to the Inter Cultural Community Center, depending upon reading level.  Perhaps you have friends, colleagues or relatives who are doing fall cleaning, or have recently grown children. The most popular books are toddlers through age 12.  Younger children's books have been popular at the Food Pantry.  Slightly older reading levels have been popular at Gorham Rec Center and at the ICC.
