WELCOME SPRING - And it is about time! Let's hope the third time is the charm!!
Chef and students have created a mouth watering menu to say goodbye to winter and hello to spring.:
Phyllo & fresh tomato tart
Apple cider glazed roasted loin of pork
Bacon, onion & cider braised Napa cabbage
Smashed “dirty” (skin-on) red bliss potatoes
Vegetarian Ramen Bowl with fresh ginger shiitake mushrooms & tofu
Iceberg wedge salad. Blue cheese dressing, bacon crumbles & balsamic glaze
Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée
