Bio:

Sarah Saxton-Frump, a co-founder of PelotonU and chief operating officer, leads the college completion program and trains new organizations to launch the PelotonU model in their own communities. She also manages PelotonU’s grant writing, hiring, operations and data, and innovation program; she co-leads PelotonU’s vision, strategy and organizational growth with Hudson Baird, co-founder and Executive Director. Prior to PelotonU, she worked at KIPP Austin Collegiate as a high school teacher and principal. There, she helped grow the school from start-up to maturity and is skilled at crafting high-quality curriculum and developing systems to support students. She holds a BA in Political Theory and Public Policy from Brown University and a M.Ed in Education Administration from National-Louis University, which she earned while working full time as an assistant principal. She is also a Teach for America alumna and a proud New Jersey native who’s still surprised to hear “y’all” leave her mouth after 11 years in Texas.
