Interact's Fall Leadership Conference is Sunday, October 11th [SIC] at Independence High School in San Jose. FLC is the largest annual gathering of Interact students in the world, drawing 4,000 High School students from around the Bay Area for a day full of inspirational speakers, workshops and presentations. Interact students are encouraged to sign up with their Interact clubs. Rotarian and Faculty Interact Advisors are encouraged to participate as well! There will be a special advisor session during FLC. To find out more and to register click the "read more" button below!
The event will be held on Sunday, October 11 [SIC] from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm at Independence High School in San Jose, CA(555 N. Jackson Ave, San Jose 95133)
In an effort to increase advisor (both Rotarian and Faculty) participation at the event, the advisor workshop will again be in the morning from 9:30 until 11:30 am. In this workshop, participants will learn more about the role of advisors, best practices in advising Interact Clubs, and will have a choice of 6 topics to attend, focusing on the relationship and collaboration efforts between Interact and other youth services. In addition, help is needed to serve lunch to the 4,000+ Interactors after the workshop at 11:30 am.
