Buddy Bench Updates & Exeter Hospital Wellness Cancer Walk & Trick or Treat Trot 5K

Lois Costa, the principal of Hampton's Adeline C. Marston Elementary School, has been named 2013 Elementary School Principal of the Year.
Costa holds a bachelor's degree in family consumer studies and elementary education from the University of New Hampshire, as well as a master's degree in education from UNH. She is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program at Southern New Hampshire University.

The Trick or Treat Trot 5K is part of the United in Wellness Road Race Series, a series of 11 community road races developed by Exeter Hospital. Shaw said the purpose of the series is “to unite the community in the missions of several local organizations and support their positive impact on the health and wellness of our community.”
