Reversing the Recruitment Chill: Gaining New Members
One of the success indicators of the Rotary Club of Toronto-Forest Hill
is its fine ability to recruit new members. In 2014 nine new members
were recruited, representing a 27% increase in the number of active
members in our club.
Norm Waite, one of those 9 new “recruits, will focus on club
membership: our strategies, successes, challenges and possible new
ways to maximize our level of humanitarian service, both locally and
internationally.
Norm is hopeful that all nine new members from the “Class of 2014”,
their sponsors and other interested club members will attend our
luncheon meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 30th. It promises to be
insightful, positive and a catalyst for continued success in our gaining
new members.
