Hopefully, you’ve noticed that I like to start my President’s Message with a quote that somehow sums up what I may take too long to say in writing.  Today I’m thinking about January, ice still coating our driveway, how much harder it is to connect with family and friends during this time of the year and the general malaise that can creep in when the daylight hours are shorter.  My wonderful wife is exercising this morning and that reminds me that we are all responsible for making good things happen in our lives especially this time of year when it’s so much harder to get out and take care of our bodies, minds, and spirits.  I have resisted any sort of non-computer keyboard type of exercise but maybe it’s time to do something more beneficial even for just 15 minutes per day.  Linda found some excellent Silver Sneakers programs that keep her moving, maybe there’s something there for me….Okay, I’ll give it a try!  And, yes, I found a few quotes about exercising…..particularly loving #1.  So, if I can push away from the keyboard for some actual movement, so can you and, yes, I found a few quotes…..
