Bus Trip to the Pentagon

Dear Fellow Rotarian:
 
On this past Tuesday I announced that I am organizing a bus trip to the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. on April 15, 2020.  I have reserved one of John Bailey's buses for this trip and we are limited to a total of 50 people.  
 
Due to the time constraints placed by the Pentagon, I must ask that anyone who is interested in attending this trip please complete the attached registration form and return it to me at our next club meeting on February 11, 2020.
 
I will try to give Rotary members first opportunity to attend this trip, but I am also extending this invitation to other friends and associates.
 
So PLEASE, if you are interested DO NOT DELAY, RETURN YOUR REGISTRATION IMMEDIATELY!!
