This Week's Meeting: Art Peerapong Matanboon

Our program this week will feature Art, the exchange student from Thailand we have hosted this year, who we have had a great time getting to know through conversations, excursions, and meetings. Art is reaching the end of his time with us here, and will be heading back to Thailand soon. His talk will be an introspective of his year in Eden Prairie. 
 
Announcements & Reminders: 
  • We will be meeting offsite two weeks in a row: on May 24th we will host the Golden Eagle Awards at St. Andrew's Church; on May 31st Bearpath will be closed so our meeting will be held at the offices of Hellmuth & Johnson, 8050 West 78th Street, Edina, 55439.
  • The May Board meeting is this Tuesday after our regular meeting.
  • The Progressive Dinner is May 21st, next Saturday.
  • Diane Confer is District 5950 Administrator, serving all the clubs and staff of the whole district. She is retiring after many years; you are invited to raise a toast to her May 19th in Edina. Admission is free, but R.S.V.P. preferred. Register here.
