Field Trip! The Silk Road Spice Merchant

We'll be doing our final field trip of the year at The Silk Road Spice Merchant on Whyte Ave!

We will hear about:

• The history of the company
• The history of spices
• Details of some interesting spices you may have never heard of
• Suggestions for what to use during BBQ season

Free samples will also be provided along with an opportunity to purchase spices if you so choose.

Cost: Finger foods will be supplied so the $10 meeting fee will still apply (pay cash the day of as per usual)

NOTE: Due to space constraints we are limiting this to 20 people so register early!
