This coming SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2024 ...
our Sunrise Rotary Club co-hosts the

Annual CANDLELIGHT WALK-IN-THE-WOODS
at Rotary Park with the Mequon Parks Department.

Doreen Lettau has been working to get information published locally and to prepare posters about our Club's environmental stewardship to encourage contributions to help support our efforts ... i.e., purchase plants, protection materials, tools, herbicides or other products we need to care for the trees & gardens we've planted, to help cover cost of labor when OWLT sees a need for action when volunteers aren't available, etc.

Now, we need to know how many Rotarian volunteers we'll be able to count on for help to greet, serve, and make the Walk pleasant for guests and successful as we encourage their support of the environmental protection of the Woods and Prairie Meadow.

Thus far, we've received commitments from only 7  Club members.

Please let Connie (pukaite@sbcglobal.net) know if you can help during any shift of the event.
