PP Bev Frieslich and PE Susan O'Hagan Ward recently attended a special celebration.
Bev Frieslich and President Elect Susan O'Hagan Ward were invited to the 106th anniversary of the Republic of China (Taiwan)celebration on Friday evening 6 October. Host was the new Director General of the Taipei Liaison Office in Cape Town, Mr Dean Wang, ably assisted by our long standing friend from that office, Mr William Wang (not related to Dean)
Among the guests present were Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi and Dr Ivan Meyer, Minister of Finance in the Western Cape Government which enabled us to promote Rotary International and the Rotary Club Cape of Good Hope in particular.
Both Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi and Dr Ivan Meyer are Paul Harris Fellows.
