This document gives us all in the family of Rotary, an opportunity to have a single point of reference in terms of history, approaches and processes.

Communication and proper flow of information are extremely important in an organization like Rotary. The District Dashboards offer a unique way to communicate with members. 

Supporting both Rotary and Rotaract clubs, the RI Integration not only syncs member data to Rotary International's database, or vice versa, but also syncs club information such as meeting place and time as well as club executive and officer changes - synchronizations that are only available through the ClubRunner platform.

This document provides guidance on the online club qualification process. The qualification process helps ensure that your district or club understands your financial responsibilities, including stewardship, and is prepared to take them on. Qualification must be completed each year.

Club Secretaries can use the on-line database functions to report their club's attendance for the month. If you are a club executive, you have the ability to report your club's monthly attendance through the district site.

District grants fund small-scale, short-term activities that address needs in your community and communities abroad. Each district chooses which activities it will fund with these grants.

Successful district committees rely on dedicated members with club leadership experience. Managing the committee effectively will help drive initiatives and support club and district activities and functions.
