In the July 2017 issue of The Rotarian, look at the article on page 16. Vicki Dilley is a member of the Northfield Rotary club and is the answer person for all things related to Youth Exchange. The North Star Youth Exchange described in the article is a collaboration between our district 5960 and 5950 on the west side of the metro area.
Vicki is a great example of someone who thinks globally, and acts both locally and globally! It’s great to see a Rotarian in our district getting recognition at this level.
