In November, Eden Prairie Noon Rotary held the annual Ethics Workshop event at the Optum Corporate Headquarters. Over 60 seniors from Eden Prairie High School attended this event, including myself. The workshop consisted of two parts with a delicious lunch in between. The first was an overview of what ethics are and examples of situations in the workplace in which a person could compromise their ethics. The second part was a simulation in which our table group became a company, and with the help of our Rotary table leader, we gave a presentation describing the aims of our company and how we plan to deal with scandals compromising the ethics of the company. As a participant in this event, I would like to say how impressed I was with the location and the activities planned. I especially enjoyed the company simulation.

Special thanks from the students of Eden Prairie High School to all Rotary members who helped plan and attended this event!
