2nd Annual El Reno Rotary Grocery Grab

 
The El Reno Rotary Club is hosting a "Grocery Grab" Fundraiser in partnership with Beachler's Hometown Market in El Reno.  Raffle tickets will be sold and the winner will get 2 minutes to grab as many food items as possible at Beachler's.  The tickets are $2 each or 5 for $10 and they will be sold at Beachler's and by your local Rotarians.  The winner will be drawn on November 13, 2015 and the run will take place on November 16, 2015.

El Reno Rotary Club 2015 Grocery Grab
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
(Contest Rules Subject to Change without Notice)
 
  1. The 2015 Grocery Grab will take place at Beachler’s Hometown Market on Monday, November 16, 2015.
 
  1. The winner will be chosen at random on Friday, November 13, 2015 and may select a “designated grabber” to grab in their place.
 
  1.  Grocery Grab winner will have 2 minutes to run through the store and fill their cart.
 
  1. At the 30-second mark, there will be a time countdown to let the winner know how much time remaining.
 
  1. Winners will receive a $100 meat voucher from Sponsor/El Reno Rotary in lieu of being allowed to physically grab meat off the shelves.
 
  1. The grab is for food items only.  No items from the Health and Beauty, Pharmacy, or alcoholic beverages are allowed to be grabbed.
 
  1. Winners will receive 6 cases of Pepsi products from Sponsor/El Reno Rotary in lieu of being allowed to physically grab soda off the shelves.
 
  1. Winners will not be allowed to shovel mass amounts of product off the shelves; they will be allowed to collect no more than three items of the same brand and size.
 
  1. If needed, the winner/designee will be able to fill more than one cart in the allotted time.  The “filled” cart must be returned to the check-out lane identified the day of the “Grab” before getting another cart. 
 
  1. Winner must be present and healthy the day of the “Grab”, Grab day will not be rescheduled or postponed.
 
  1. Winners and/or designated grabber must be 18 years of age or older.
 
  1. No warranty of any type is provided by El Reno Rotary or Beachler’s Hometown Market for any groceries.
 
  1. Groceries may be transferable to a non-profit, “Food Pantry” etc. and may not be swapped, exchanged, or converted to cash.
 
  1. El Reno Rotary or a Sponsor will pay any sales taxes associated with the prize. An IRS Form 1099 and State of Oklahoma tax forms may be issued with prizes awarded.
 
  1. Prize substitutions, rule changes or additions, and contest modifications or withdrawal may occur at the discretion of El Reno Rotary. Any rule dispute shall be determined by El Reno Rotary at their discretion.
 
  1. All participants shall release El Reno Rotary, and Beachler’s and their agents and assignees from any injuries and liability for any violations of any personal or property rights that have a connection with this contest.
 
  1. Members of El Reno Rotary, or their immediate family residing within their households are not eligible to participate in the Grocery Grab.
 
  1. Winners acknowledge that upon acceptance, El Reno Rotary shall have the right to publicize and broadcast their names, likenesses, voices, photographs, videotaped footage without limitation and without compensation to announce their winnings and participation in any promotion and/or contest.
 
  1. All decisions of the contest officials are final in all matters related to the contest.
 
  1. Management reserves the right to change the rules without prior notice.
 
  1. By entering the contest, the entrant agrees to accept and abide by these contest rules and warrants that the entrant is eligible to participate in the contest.
