American Folk Festival Beer Tent - Shift Two

Thank you for volunteering to work at the beer tent at the American Folk Festival Showcase Stage (formerly the Dance Pavilion)! Your shift is from 7pm to 9:45pm on Saturday, August 24th. Beer tent workers are required to wear an AFF shirt that will be given to you when you arrive for your shift. If you have a Rotary hat or other Rotary swag that doesn't cover your AFF shirt, please wear it! 

Beer tent workers must attend a mandatory half hour training session  presented by the Maine Department of Health. The training covers, among other things, how to identify and handle intoxicated revelers (not just alcohol) and the rules around serving alcohol in Maine. It's important info and the AFF will expect the majority of our shift workers to attend. It will be held at the HOLIDAY INN ODLIN ROAD ON TUESDAY AUGUST 20th at 5:15PM.

Finally, we are in need of two more workers. If you can bring a friend, please let me know ASAP. I need to provide the AFF with a full shift list by this Friday.

• Tuesday, August 20th, 5:15pm: Mandatory TIPS Training at Holiday Inn Odlin Road Bangor
• Saturday, August 24th, 7pm: American Folk Festival Showcase Stage Beer Tent - Be on time and HAVE FUN!
