ANNUAL GENERAL MEETiNG

THIS IS A PARTNERS NIGHT
In the past Ailsa has hosted this event. It is mostly meant for enjoyment with just a short 5 minutes of AGM so make sure that you have read the Minutes and Financial statements from 2016/17 year and be prepared to vote before you get back to your socialising.  There will be no charge for this event. The club will be providing meat for the BBQ. You are expected to bring your drinks classes and plates and knives and forks or chop sticks etc.Aan a chair or two would be handy. Elaine will be sending an email asking you to contribute with salads or desserts.
