Rotary Club of Citrus Heights Wins

The local citizenry of Citrus Heights gathered on Sunrise Blvd In front of Sunrise Mall on Saturday June 28th on a brisk summer morning to witness a spectacle of pageantry and patriotism we call the Red White & Blue Parade.

It was replete with classic cars, beauty queens, local politicians, and gentry.

The Citrus Heights Rotary Club hosted their annual Pancake Breakfast and served piping hot flapjacks, fluffy scrambled eggs, sizzling bacon and savory sausage. Paired with fresh orange juice and strong hot coffee it was a hearty meal for all! Citrus Heights Rotary pumped up their Float game this year and had a local artist volunteer her time to paint their float in a patriotic theme, then by adding the flags of all the military services they won First Place in the parade competition for their efforts. The float is also available for rental to local Rotary clubs if you have an event that requires one.
