The Rotary Zone 8 Conference is coming to Canberra in October (28th to 30th), this is a great opportunity right on our doorstep to engage with Rotarians and Rotaractors from across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
The conference team is offering home hosting to visiting Rotarians and Rotaractors and is currently looking for hosts willing to have people stay for the duration of the conference. If you have a space and would be willing to open your home we would love to hear from you. Early bird tickets are now on sale through the conference website so make sure you get in quickly to avoid missing out on this special price.
The conference committee is working to make the conference accessible and affordable to as many members across our zone as possible. One of the initiative to achieve this is home hosting. This involves a host in Canberra or surrounds welcoming visiting delegates into their home to stay for the duration of the conference. This is a great opportunity to build new Rotary friendships with like-minded Rotarians and Rotaractors.
Applications will be open until 31st July with matching taking place until 14th August. All applicants will have received an outcome by 14th August.
