WHERE: Charleston Pines Golf Course at Lima Country Club (7470 Chase Rd., Lima, NY 14485)

WHEN: Friday, September 8, 2023; Registration at 11:00 – 11:45 A.M. Tee off at 12:00 P.M.

 

FORMAT:  Scramble
COST:        $85.00 per person - Cost includes 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, dinner, gifts and prizes!

                   $30.00 per person for dinner only option

 

CONTESTS: 1st Place - Men’s; Women’s; Mixed                           
                      Closest to the Pin - Men’s & Women’s                       
                      Longest Drive – Men’s & Women’s                             

                      Team Putting Contest

                      Best Dressed Team

                      Team that Got the Most Exercise

PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible to win first place, a team must have at least (3) registered players and finish
the event.

RAFFLE ITEMS: Each Club is asked to donate a raffle item or basket valued at $30.00. Please bring the raffle item with you on the day of the tournament. NO TIME TO SHOP? Just mail a $30.00 check, made payable to: District 7120 Golf Tournament, to Tom Vonglis, 14 Amalfi Dr. Avon NY 14414 and he will do the shopping for your Club.

CONTEST SPONSOR: Please consider a personal or business sponsorship donation of $50 towards the golf contests. Your name will be posted at the course and listed in the program. Email Tom Vonglis with the name/business name & logo – tvonglis@gmail.com
