You're invited!
Rotary Foundation Seminar
Saturday, October 13 from 9 am to noon
University of Central Oklahoma
Nigh University Center, 100 N. University Drive, Edmond
Who should attend: Club Foundation Chairs, Club Presidents & Presidents-Elect, Club Membership Chairs, Club Treasurers, and any Rotarian interested in district and global grants. All are welcome!
The Rotary Foundation turns your donation dollars into real projects that help people. Two members from your Rotary club must attend to satisfy your training requirement to participate in district grants.
At this seminar, gather with Rotarians from across our district to learn about several successful district grant and global grant projects. Explore ideas for your club to consider!
We invite leaders outside of just Foundation Chairs, because we believe foundation grants benefit also your membership recruitment and retention and public image.
This seminar will offer 3 breakout sessions for:
1) Club treasurers to help them understand how and when to send member donations to The Rotary Foundation,
2) Club foundation chairs and presidents to help with ideas to promote foundation giving in your clubs, and
3) Club presidents-elect and all other Rotarians to take a deeper dive into project selection.
This event will satisfy the training requirement for your club to participate in a district grant in the next Rotary year. See you Saturday!
