The 2018 District Assembly will be held at Federation University, Berwick Campus, Berwick (pictured right), on Sunday 29 April from 8.30am.
Attendance is required from the incoming president, secretary and treasurer from all clubs with board and club members also being urged to attend.
On the agenda will be:
  • Incoming District Governor Janne who will present the budget for 2018-2019 and her plans for the year.
  • Incoming District Treasurer Lorraine Paulet who will be focusing on finance.
  • Incoming District Secretary Rae Mackay who will talk about focusing on operations
 
Board and club members also need to attend
While you are engaging with the District team, your club members can participate in other opportunities to enhance their Rotary knowledge.

Avenues of Service
To round out the day and build your skills and knowledge, Avenues of Service will start following Assembly. Representatives from programs will be available to answers your questions in a fast paced forum.
Youth: RYLA, RYPEN, NYSF, Rotaract, MUNA;
Membership: Visioning, Satellite Club, RLI, Diversity;
International: RAWCS, DIK, ROMAC, Interplast, DAA;
Humanitarian programs: Foundation, End Polio, Trachoma, Operation Cleft.
