ORIENTATION DETAILS: (PLEASE NOTE VENUE CHANGE)
WHAT: Outbound Orientation for 2018
WHERE: Douglas Middle School, Douglas, Wyoming
801 West Richard Street, Douglas, Wyoming
WHEN: Friday - Sunday, April 6, 7, and 8th, 2018
The Middle School will be open starting at 4:00pm on Friday evening.
LODGING:
We have 10 rooms blocked at each hotel thought March 31st. The hotels are:
Holiday Inn Express for $119.00 per night - 307-358-4500
Sleep Inn and Suites for $99 per night - 307-358-2111
Hampton Inn for $85 per night - 307-358-0707
Also, we have Bobbie's House again this year. Please let me know if you would like to stay at Bobbie's House for free. Space is limited so it's first come first serve.
ROTEX:
Rotex, as always we look forward to having you join us for this event! We will be setting up home stays for Inbounds and you are welcome to stay with them, or at Bobbie's House. Just let me know.
DOUGLAS ROTARY:
Douglas Rotary will be helping us again this year. Thank you, Tammie and Wayne for organizing! I will be working with them on food, student lodging, Inbound evening activities, possible Inbound service project and Saturday night game night. We couldn't do this weekend without you, Douglas Rotary.
