Location: Phillips Sheridan Community Center,

$10.00/person - Pre-Registration Required with ONLINE payment in full.

In preparation for the upcoming Rotary year, 2017-2018, we invite YOUR club to attend this year's Grant Management Certification Seminar.

To be eligible to participate in any Rotary Foundation Grant supported by District 7090, every Rotary club must be qualified on an annual basis, which includes having the required club membership, at least TWO (2) ACTIVE club members, attend their District Grant Management Seminar, and executing the required documentation with the prescribed time lines.

It is highly recommended by past attendees, that the following individuals, President-Elect, President-Nominee, and any members involved in International and Community service considering support from the Rotary Foundation Grants program, plan to attend this seminar.

Clubs are invited to send more than 2 Representatives; however the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and the Addendum need to be executed by the President Elect (2017-2018 Club President) and President Nominee (2017-2018 President Elect) in accordance with Rotary Foundation requirements. Please note that copies of these two documents will be provided at the seminar, and may be signed at that time, subject to your club guidelines for executing documents, or forwarded after the seminar within the prescribed time lines.

NOTE: THIS SEPTEMBER 17, 2016 IS THE ONLY SEMINAR THAT WILL BE HELD on the UNITED STATES side of our district for the 2017-2018 QUALIFICATION PROCESS.  Capacity is limited to 75 attendees, so register ASAP to avoid disappointment, please.

Plans are underway to host a 2nd offering of this seminar on the Canadian side of our District on the 19th of November, 2016 with full details to follow.

We appreciate that you recognize NO Shows are non-refundable as we are honour bound to cover our commitment to the FACILITY as well as fund the hard copies of the take away materials and binder. Likewise, we hope that you can appreciate that "Walk Ins" will NOT be accommodated at this session.

District Governor Marlee, Governor-Elect Reg, and the District Grant Foundation Committee look forward to seeing YOU at this important seminar.

Yours in Rotary Service.
