Coaching as a New Leadership Model - Assistant District Governor - 2-hour Introductory Session

How can Assistant Governors add value to their clubs?

As you support the clubs in your area, consider suggesting “Coaching in Rotary” as an engaging new way to help individuals or groups build positive relationships and maximize their potential.  Help them learn to develop creative ideas and solutions through inspiration and innovation.  Through coaching, Rotarians become vibrant, inspirational leaders who champion club growth and engagement.

This special 2-hour ZOOM session, hosted by District 5370 and open to all AGs in our Zone, is an introduction to coaching and will inspire AG’s to encourage their club leaders to sign up for the full 3-session course offered in  January, February and March 2022.

“What a huge success! I hope that you were able to feel the positive feedback from the group. I can tell you that it was the best feedback I have received from the group in my three years as Assistant Governor Coordinator,” Robert Morrow, District 7090.

Please note - if you are a Rotarian and member of a District other than 7090, please register as guest as our system will not recognize you.  Thank you.
