Plano Metro Rotary serves snow cones at the PlSD Head Start 

The Plano Metro Rotary Club served over 200 Snow cones (over 100 lbs of ice) at the annual PISD HeadStart Picnic.  Cherry was the most popular flavor......Cotton Candy was the flavor most worn on the servers shirts!
