July is a busy month for Montpelier Rotary Club

July in Montpelier is a busy month for the Rotary Club. On the fourth the club sponsored the fireworks show. We had a few places that the spectators could watch from, the fairgrounds, Allinger Park, the school football field and parking lot, the golf course even opened up the driving range so people could spread out. 

 

On July 15 District Governor Ben Nelson came to our meeting, it’s always a fun time when the DG comes to visit. 

 

The 25th was our big day, the Bear Lake Car Show sponsored by the Montpelier Rotary Club. We had 74 beautiful cars and trucks from all over. The best of show was a 1969 Camaro owned by Mr. Rock from Inkom, Idaho.
