The Board of Directors Meeting was held Wednesday, May 8, 2019.

April's minutes were approved and the Membership changes were reviewed. For approval was one membership application for Organizational Membership from Truman Medical Center. Two terminations were made, Kevin O'Neill and Mike Falk. These changes were approved. 

The Treasurer's report was reviewed and approved. 

During Membership Update, the board discussed attendance and reminder to let the office know when bringing guests.

New Business: There was discussion about the process to get Venture Fund money to the project leads, specifically Camp Rise. The Mayoral Forum is June 9th and the board decided to have Joe Privitera sit on the panel to ask questions provided by the club. The club survey is ready to be distributed to the club, it will be a hard copy and given to club members at upcoming meetings. Rotary Night at the Zoo will be June 13th and we will request a schedule of the "zookeeper talks." The board discussed what motivates members to participate in events and projects. 

The upcoming club and district events were reviewed.
