Prof. Sam Wineburg speaks on history education!

Friday we heard from Sam Wineburg, the Margaret Jacks Professor of Education and of History (by courtesy) at Stanford University. He directs the Stanford History Education Group, which seeks to improve history instruction around the world. Prof. Wineburg's work questions history's role in modern society and especially how young people use the past to define themselves. Fascinating!
