A Starry Night--Event Volunteers *Needed*

Hey PNR Members,
A Starry Night is a week away!!! Woo Hoo!! It is going to be a great evening in Havana!
However there is work to do still to make this a wonderful success! Please help out and sign up for a shift or two or three!! We will have our awesome Interact students helping us with a few jobs and "people moving" during the auction, but we need lots of help still setting up, working the check in process, and of course breaking down!
I will pass around sign up sheets during tomorrows meeting, but if you don't plan to attend tomorrow, please email me and let me know how you can help!! Below are the working shifts:
Friday afternoon (after rotary mtg) 1:30 - 3:30
Saturday Set-up 10:30 until job done
Saturday "during" Event - Not just "attending"
Saturday "after" Event - clean up
Sunday morning final clean up
Looking forward to a fun PNR evening!!!
