Rotary Youth Leadership Academy (RYLA) University of Kansas Lawrence, Kansas June 1-5, 2014A Week to Change Your Life! 2014 application and brochure are now available to download in the right column! In five jam-packed days RYLA counselors and Rotarians will work to expose you to leadership like never before!! The University of Kansas in Lawrence will once again host District 5710's Rotary Youth Leadership Academy (RYLA) from June 2nd to June 6th. Cost per student is $300 ($275 registration fee paid by the sponsoring club and $25 application fee paid by the student). Over 70 students attended last year's RYLA, engaging in a wide range of leadership development, communication, and community service activities. For priority consideration, complete and return the application to your Rotarian sponsor or to a Rotary Club Officer no later than April 1, 2013. Applications with sponsorship section completed are due to the District Office by May 3rd. Applications received after the May 3rd deadline will not be accepted.
