Vaccines in the Workplace

Joshua Xavier is an associate attorney with Partridge Snow & Hahn where he counsels employers on a variety of employment-related topics, such as handbooks, terminations, harassment, and discrimination complaints, leave acts, overtime payment, and misclassification claims. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for both the Montessori Community School of Rhode Island as well as for the Roger Williams University School of Law Pro Bono Collaborative. Joshua earned his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from New York University. Upon graduating from law school, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Rhode Island Superior Court. Joshua was recently awarded the 2021 Up & Coming Award from the Rhode Island Lawyers Weekly publication.
