Last week we had the pleasure to listen to Nancy Church who is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Logistics Planner. She was telling us about the challenges to restore Puerto Rico after hurricane Maria. She spent more than six months in Puerto Rico following with the Corps Temporary Emergency Power Mission.
